As we offer a one-on-one service, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to prevent no-shows. This deposit is fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. In accordance with our cancellation policy, changes made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being retained.
